Design and start your own kid-friendly edible garden as a Kid + Adult team!

Bring along a sketch of your existing space layout, be it balcony, backyard or window sill, and learn about:
• Where our food comes from
• What grows easily in your spaces
• What elements to consider in your garden
• How to care for your garden, organically
• How to grow in containers
The workshop will include:
• A Starter kit to get your garden going and growing
• Materials
• Tea breaks
Kids who are old enough to handle or start their own garden spaces are also welcome.

Started by Firdaus Nisha Muhammad Faizal and Ly Mun Loo in 2011, Ecocentric Transitions aims to enlighten Malaysians about the need for sustainable development and community well-being. Ecocentric Transitions aspires to promote the idea of sustainable living through workshops around topics of such waste and resources, food security, environmental education and sustainable living.
