A recap of things we did in our garden with some of the kids from Yayasan Chow Kit over the weekend. We weeded (a.k.a. cabut rumput), rehabilitated some beds and grew kacang tanah, kangkung and basil! They then listed all the plants they remembered seeing in the garden.
These twin brothers came twice to the booth unaccompanied but parents to make their bottle gardens, and totally got the art part pat down. Happy thoughts for the weekend, that drives us to do what we do. #fbp2014
Another chilli lover making chilli typography on her self watering container bottle cover. We introduced the cover as a easy way to avoid algae growing on the insides of the bottles (as the bottles are transparent allows sunlight in). #fbp2014 #tanamlah
We are giving out 4 types of seeds at our booth, but chilli is pretty much the one that 60% of people pick. Chilli art made from our own designed rubber stamps, for the covers of the self watering container bottles. That’s a lot of chilli love #fbp2014

The Lazy Gardener: Experiments & Honest Learnings. One of the things we love about the garden is when we plant things, forget about them (not on purpose, just by virtue of sometimes being engrossed with other tasks) and a few weeks later…boom, veggies! Of course, they don’t get to grow Read more…
