Perfect for the newbie gardener, the session will start with a hands-on introduction on how to grow your own easy organic veggies at home, and continue on to a lunch cook out with Chef Molly Patrick.

Molly specializes in the Whole-Food Plant-Based diet and her mission in life is to help people eat more plants without putting them to sleep (the people, not the plants). She fancies a world where medication is a thing of the past and people eat to prevent illness and disease, not treat it once it’s already happened.

She grew up in a teepee in New Mexico, USA, and has never eaten meat in her life. She prides herself on being inclusive and never preachy or judgmental about food, and is not afraid to tell other vegans that one of her favorite people is Anthony Bourdain. She believes everyone is on their own food journey and no one should ever be made to feel bad about what they eat.

She creates digital programs and meal plans and provide weekly inspiration through her Saturday morning email and Tuesday blog posts on cleanfooddirtygirl.com.
